You can get the Tweetold plugin here or better yet, go to “Add New” from the plugins dashboard and search for “tweet old post”
The Twitter share button plugin is use is Topsy and the Facebook share button I use is Sharecount for Facebook. Again – best to search and install them from within wordpress.
